I contacted amazon and they had me ship it back and shipped a new one out to me very quickly. No charge for either shipping. The second slide was great and was used at least 5 days a week for the entire summer in the hot Florida sun. Towards the end of the summer the kids even turned it over and used it as a boat in the water. That may have been its ultimate undoing as it did not survive the summer. However, I very much felt that I got my money's worth and have purchased another for this summer's swimming season.
